Dr. Adam Hernandez was born on a Navy base in Yokosuka, Japan where his father served in the US Navy.
He spent his childhood years on Maui naturally settling into island life and becoming a part of the culture. After graduating with his Chiropractic degree at Logan University, he sought to teach patients his mindfulness approach to movement. He enjoys treating patients of all ages and welcomes them to his practice, regardless of where they are at in their health journey. In his off time, Dr. Adam enjoys hiking out in nature with his dog, juggling, and expressing movement in flow arts.
Michael is a retired professional ballet dancer 13 years of which were with Oregon Ballet Theatre and he is a recent graduate from East West College of the Healing Arts.
He enjoys giving massage sessions with a full body feel, an everything is connected style; with focus points being addressed, fluidly incorporated throughout the massage. Proficient in Swedish, Myofascial, Deep Tissue, Tigger Point, Muscle Energy Techniques, and fully clothed massage.
In his free time he plays rockn’ roll drums and came from humble beginnings on a family dairy farm in Wisconsin.
